Therapists in Atlanta, GA

You feel stuck. You’ve tried to make a difference in your life, but without the results you want. Maybe you’re starting to feel hopeless. Or, maybe you’re really worried that you have stalled for too long making a life-changing decision and that what you once hoped for is no longer a possibility. I believe that feeling stuck is a normal part of the change process. I can provide a safe space for you to feel heard. A quiet space to listen to yourself, achieve clarity, look up to yourself again, regain a sense of control and direction. I provide therapy for pregnancy loss, postpartum depression, and individuals in fertility treatment. I conduct consultation for Intended Parents receiving IUI, IVF or working with Gestational Carriers (GCs). I conduct screenings with GC candidates, egg donors, and sperm donors. I am a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Mental Health Providers Group (MHPG).

Individual Sessions are all about developing self-awareness, solving problems, and unlocking your untapped potential. We offer a focused therapeutic experience by employing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), two of the most clinically effective practices supported by psychological research. The primary goal for the first session is to listen to your concerns, and based on the information you provide, recommendations will be made regarding the focus, desired outcomes, frequency, and length of counseling. The strategies and approach used during counseling will be determined by your specific goals and personality type.
