Old Fourth Distillery identifies itself as Atlanta, Georgia’s first legal distillery since 1906. The current production facility is located at 6325 McDonough Drive NW, Norcross, GA 30093 in the Atlanta metro area. The distillery produces hand-crafted spirits across four categories, with a lineup built on what the company describes as “a dedication to the artistry of producing spirits” combined with award-winning quality and limited releases.
The current product portfolio includes six distinct expressions. Vodka was the distillery’s first release, followed by Gin as its second. The Bottled in Bond bourbon is marketed as Atlanta’s first bourbon produced under the federal Bottled in Bond designation. Nique’s Batch whiskey represents a separate bourbon offering. Straight Rye is bottled at 100 proof with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Lawn Dart is a lemon ginger vodka. The distillery has also produced limited commemorative releases, including a 40th Anniversary Dragon Con Bourbon, reflecting engagement with Atlanta’s event community.
The on-site facility houses O4D + Kitchen, combining the distillery floor with a kitchen operation. A bottle shop on the premises is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM for direct retail purchases.
