The parent entity is Bay Point Advisors LLC, a privately held firm that structures customized lending solutions across multiple capital stack positions.
The firm’s loan products include senior loans ranging from $5 million to $25 million at rates as low as 8% with 12-to-24-month terms, bridge loans from $1 million to $5 million at rates as low as 3% with 1-to-3-month terms, and mezzanine loans from $1 million to $3 million at rates as low as 10% with 6-to-12-month terms. Additional financing structures offered include preferred equity, royalty lending, and studio construction loans.
Bay Point Media describes its competitive advantages as deep knowledge of the Georgia media market, established Hollywood relationships, diverse local lending experience, and flexible capital stack deployment capabilities.
