Studio 270 is a 2,000 square foot creative rental space in Metro Atlanta available by the hour, day, or month for photoshoots, video production, workshops, art shows, content creation, and creative meetings. Vaulted ceilings, industrial windows providing natural light, and exposed brick set the physical character of the space, which was designed by an artist to support the local arts community.
The studio comes equipped with a black grand piano, suspended swing, black bathtub setup, a dedicated prop room, constant studio lights with modifiers and stands, phone and camera tripods, a clothing steamer, and a selection of neutral-toned seamless paper backdrops in black, white, thunder gray, and chestnut. A changing room is available on-site, and clients can access an optional wardrobe for a $100 rental and wash fee.
Rental rates are structured across three tiers. Hourly bookings run $100 with a two-hour minimum. A full-day rate of $600 covers up to eight hours and includes two complimentary hours. Monthly memberships, of which one spot is currently available, provide first choice on available dates, up to 16 hours of studio time per month, calendar sharing, access to a reveal and ordering room, personal office space as needed, complimentary client closet access, and complimentary drinks and snacks from the kitchen. Monthly members also receive a website feature placement.
Beyond shooting space, the facility includes two quiet office rooms and meeting areas suited for professional use. A kitchen provides coffee, snacks, and refrigeration. Free WiFi is offered throughout, and ample parking is available at the site.
