Reformed Atlanta is a boutique Pilates and movement training studio at Sandy Springs Circle (City Walk), serving clients across the Atlanta metro area. Studio owner and lead instructor Hannah Hershkovitz has taught Pilates since 2010 and holds certification in the Gyrotonic Expansion System, bringing a multi-method movement philosophy to the studio that extends beyond classical Pilates apparatus work into complementary movement systems.
Group Pilates classes use apparatus including Reformers, Towers, and Chairs, structured to provide individualized attention within each group session. The studio describes its classes as fast-paced, form-focused, and full-body in scope, with an emphasis on making safe and effective training accessible to participants of any age or gender regardless of prior fitness background. Drop-in group classes are priced at $52. Package options include a 6-class pack at $282 and a 10-class pack at $420. Private Pilates sessions are available at $105 for a single session, $600 for six sessions, or $950 for a ten-session package.
Gyrotonic Training is offered on a private-only basis at Reformed Atlanta. The Gyrotonic Expansion System is a movement method emphasizing circular, spiraling, and fluid motion patterns to improve range of motion, joint mobility, and body coordination. Single Gyrotonic sessions cost $95; a six-session package is $540; a ten-session package is $850. TRX suspension training and Red Cord services are also available at the studio, providing additional functional strength and rehabilitation options for clients who want to combine modalities.
Studio hours run Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Saturday sessions are unavailable; Sunday training is by appointment only. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all group classes and private training bookings without exception. New client specials are available upon inquiry to the studio.
