Founded in 2009, AYREP Atlanta, the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals, is a professional networking organization created by and for early-career and emerging real estate professionals working in the Atlanta market. The organization operates with the explicit goal of connecting younger practitioners with established professionals across the full spectrum of real estate disciplines, from brokerage and development to finance, law, and property management. Its programming is structured to deliver both practical career resources and the peer relationships that help newer professionals navigate the Atlanta real estate landscape.
Membership is priced at $120 annually or $60 for a six-month term. Members receive attendance at a minimum of six events per year, access to educational speakers, job postings, and career development programming. Professionals who prefer not to join may attend individual events for $25 per occurrence, providing a low-barrier way to experience the network before committing to full membership.
AYREP Atlanta hosts events at venues across the city. One gathering is scheduled for June 11, 2026, at 1200 White Street in the West End neighborhood, combining pickleball and a happy hour format. Past and present event sponsors include Portman Holdings, GID, Allen Morris Company, and Asana Partners, demonstrating engagement from prominent Atlanta-area real estate and investment firms.
The organization’s leadership roster includes representatives from a wide cross-section of Atlanta-area real estate employers. Board and committee members are affiliated with firms such as CBRE, RangeWater Real Estate, Cushman and Wakefield, Rockefeller Group, Truist Bank, First American Title, Landmark Properties, The Shoptaw Group, Ryan LLC, and Fortune-Johnson, among others.
