Dr. Vallurupalli is board certified in both adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry, and holds additional certification in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based trauma treatment modality completed through a five-year training program. He earned his medical degree from East Tennessee State University School of Medicine in 2014, completed adult psychiatry residency at Albany Medical Center from 2014 to 2017, and finished child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship training at Emory University from 2017 to 2019. His clinical background includes experience across inpatient facilities, medical hospitals, VA clinics, children’s hospitals, and university counseling centers.

The practice charges $270 for adult psychiatric evaluations lasting one to one and a half hours, $360 for child and adolescent evaluations lasting one and a half to two hours, $95 for 30-minute medication follow-up appointments, and $180 for 45-minute therapy sessions. Sliding scale fees are available for qualifying patients. The practice operates outside insurance networks and provides superbills for patients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
